Aleksandra Wierzbowska
Chairman of the Board
Expert in cooperation with international partners, implementation of new services and sales. During her career, she supported the development of companies from the new technologies, medical, sports and insurtech sectors, among others, in the areas of accounting and finance, through trade and marketing, to customer service. Thanks to a holistic view of all areas of business activity, she builds and implements effective strategies for growth.
She graduated from prestigious Warsaw universities- Leon Koźmiński Academy and Warsaw School of Economics, where she studied finance and accounting. She also participated in many courses in financial analysis and business management.
At TUF Software she is responsible for: company finances and business risk assessment, implementation of business strategy development and acquisition of external partners.
Wojciech Frączkiewicz
Member of the Board
An expert in sales strategies and business management. He has over 20 years of experience in product management, marketing and sales departments, which he gained while working with international brands. He co-created teams developing innovative technological solutions operating in the IT, as well as in finance and medical industries. He was also responsible for introducing many breakthrough technologies and services to the Polish market, including new methods of therapy, which helped thousands of Polish women and men to regain health. A graduate of postgraduate MBA studies at the Higher School of Management in Kraków (The Polish Open University) in the field of Strategic Management, accredited by Oxford Brookes University.
At TUF Software he is responsible for planning and implementing the strategic direction of the company's development, coordinating cooperation with business partners and business clients.
